U.S. Veterans Legacy Project

The U.S. Veteran’s Legacy Project is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the individual memories of veterans and sharing those memories with the younger generations throughout Delaware County and beyond. With your help and participation we can continue to honor the service of our veterans by collecting and sharing their oral histories with children and teens. In doing this, we hope that students will learn, through first-hand veteran accounts, what it was like to serve our great country. Additionally, each year, we host the Memorial Day & Veterans Day parades in Media, PA, as well as an Essay Contest.
