The 2023 Veterans Day Parade took place on Friday, November 10th, and was a huge success! We are so thankful for the parade participants, guests, speakers, musicians, and attendees who endured the rain to help us honor our Delaware County veterans.

Guests & Speakers In Attendance –
- Ashli Rice & Kevin Pierce- Ashli and Kevin joined the ceremony to honor veterans with a selection of patriotic songs.
- Colonel Arthur L. Jenkins- We were honored to have Col. Arthur L. Jenkins as the 2023 Veterans Day Parade Grand Marshall. On September 6th, Jenkins was officially confirmed as Delaware County’s newest Military and Veterans Affairs director. Colonel Jenkins served as an officer in the Medical Service Corps. and was a former commander of the largest Wounded Warrior Company in the Department of Defense. He is also a Carlisle Scholar graduate from the United States Army War College. Colonel Jenkins was promoted in rank from Army lieutenant colonel to colonel in 2021. He retired as a drilling member of the Army Reserve after 40 years on November 1st, 2023.
