2024 Grand Marshall – Police Chief Joe Daly

chief dalyWe are excited to announce this year’s Grand Marshall – Police Cheif Joe Daly. Daly has 57 years in law enforcement, 15 of which were with the Springfield Township. He was previously the Police Chief of the Lower Merion Police Department for 14 years. In addition to his nearly 6 decades serving local Delaware County communities, Daly has degrees from Temple, Penn State, and Villanova universities and the FBI National Academy.

Although now retired, Daly continues to pour into communities through public service. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have him joining the 2024 Memorial Day Parade in Media.
